e-RS A029 - Missing Expected 'RECORD_REVIEW_OUTCOME' for deferred to provider and linked UBRN

Hi,

We have a e-RS referral in production that is currently in the status of ‘DEFERRED_TO_PROVIDER’ due to no slots being available at the service. We are calling A029 to get the list of available actions and are expecting ‘RECORD_REVIEW_OUTCOME’ to be returned, but it is not. In e-RS Pro the triage actions are available for the user looking at this referral, so it’s not clear why we aren’t getting this back as an allowed action from A029. A029 is returning expected actions in other scenarios but is behaving unexpectedly here.

I think the only other thing to mention is that this referral has a related UBRN - would that affect A029? Do we need to call A029 for both UBRN’s to get a cumulative list of available actions?

Please let me know what might be causing this.

We don’t have access to production logs unfortunately - please can you raise this one via the national service desk so it can be logged, and reviewed.

Best to include correlation ID, UBRN, expected outcome etc - as much info as you can pass to the service teams.
