Following our email correspondence on 7th November 2025, this is a reminder that as of Wednesday, 19 November 2025, our new, single assurance process for all APIs is live.

This means all new Digital Onboarding Service product and API submissions can only use the updated system.
How this change affects your existing products in the Digital Onboarding Service (DOS)

Adding DOS APIs to existing products: If an applicant needs to add a new API to a product that was assessed using the old process, they will need to create a new product submission.

Updating previously approved DOS APIs: If an applicant needs to update API information that was approved using the old process, they will need to create a new product submission for it.
Both of these are one-off actions to move a product into the new system.
Note for suppliers: For a limited time, you may continue to complete your pre-initiated old process API assurance applications. We will contact you separately with a timeline for phasing out this access and removing old, inactive submissions.
