I have a client which needs to download attachments from the ‘Clinical Information’ area of an A&G request as shown in the screenshot here
What I can’t work out for testing is how I would get data in there on INT. Via eRS pro app I can’t find any way of attachments to that area.
Advice appreciated!

Hi @sam.carter - Apologies for the late reply.
The ‘Clinical Information’ tab is displayed in a scenario when Clinical Referral Information has been added via an integrated GP system on creation of the A&G request (which uses the HL7 V3 API)
We don’t have the capability to carry this out in INT, or not that I know of anyway (I will check).
You can use ‘Retrieve attachment’ (A006) to download any attachments added via this method. They will be referenced in the A&G summary (A024).

Thanks, I have implemented the download with A006 but it does introduce uncertainty when I don’t have access to a way of testing this.

@nhserspartners - Is there capability in the INT environment for an integrated GP system?
Hi @sam.carter - Just an update on this ticket as we’ve been asking colleagues/teams internally.
Unfortunately, it looks like this capability is no longer available.
Thanks for your reply. It’s a little cumbersome for our business requirements not being able to test this properly but I will get by for now.
Can you confirm that it is only a GP system (like systm1 or EMIS) that can write documents there?

That’s correct. Only integrated GP systems like EMIS/SystmOne/Vision have this function.
