Can I get provider-level data from the API, without going via a patient?

Hi there,

I’m looking to get data relating to providers out of e-RS.

Specifically, I’m looking to find, for a specific provider/organisation:

  • treatment waiting times
  • appointment waiting times
  • exclusions
  • subspecialties/clinic types

I’ve gone through the API documentation and can see some of this data is returned in some endpoints (e.g., A010 Patient Service Search). Is there a way to get this same data just by specifying something like an ODS code, without going via a patient?

Alternatively, I’ve found some of this data in the EBSX exports (e.g., clinic types), but couldn’t spot waiting list or exclusion data.

Is anything available via the API for this, or if not, are you able to point me in the right direction please?

No you have to use the endpoint, in the context of the patient.

The waiting list minimum data set (WLMDS) is something we get directly from the NHSE themselves. As we are not the source of this information we do not export it anywhere.

Nothing is available via API in eRS.
