ASID Check failed error while testing GP Connect SSP request in INT

Hello team,
We have registered our product for GP-Connect AR HTML service. The product is assigned an ASID. However, when we are trying to connect with the ASID, we are getting SSP error “ASID_CHECK_FAILED”, implying the Sender ASID is not authorised to send the interaction to receiver ASID. The receiver ASID is from the SDS FHIR API/Device request.

Any idea what could be the issue here? Any pointers/suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks.

Hi all,
The 3rd line support figured out the problem. It is related to the chosen endpoint FQDN. Our FQDN was mydomain.nhs.uk. The system expects the FQDN in the format host.domain.nhs.uk. In other words two names before .nhs.uk, separated by a dot. After changing my endpoint FQDN, and associated certificate, now the issue seems to be resolved.
