ASI not being updated in DEP

I’m using DEP to create referrals and selecting clinics that have no slots. I then defer the referral but they are not appearing in the ASI list. If I go through the same process but select a clinic with the service down they do appear on the ASI as system down.

It was the workgroup configuration.
