500 Responses from A004 in INT

Hello,
We are having issues getting anything other than 500 responses back from eRS in the Integration Test environment, at present I am just trying to call the Retrieve reference data (A004) endpoint (but am getting similar responses from together endpoints I try).

I am getting 200 responses (and valid tokens) back from the token endpoint and am able to get 200 responses and read JSON data successfully from this endpoint in sandbox with the same code (only changing the details for token fetching and the base eRS URL).

Any assistance or re-configuration advice you can help us with would be very much appreciated!

Hi @david.plummer,

You are receiving a 500 error due to your Application not being fully configured.

Please ensure you have completed the “API platform configuration” step under 2.2 Create and register your application.
