403 error from ODS FHIR API

Hi,

I’ve had no problems developing locally against the ODS FHIR API. However, on our servers, any requests to the ODS API are met with a 403 error. Any ideas what might be the cause of this? It seems to affect all environments.

The requests themselves are proxied by a graphql api, so perhaps we;'re being blocked through too many requests, as they’ll all originate from the same IP addresse?

Hi, I am having a similar issue with the ORD API. I have been getting 403 errors since Wednesday. I sent an email about this and am waiting to hear back.

I believe now API is working. Previously, sandbox API was not working as well.
