Hi all,
Is a UBRN guaranteed to be in only one service, i.e. across worklist calls for multiple services is a UBRN guaranteed to be present in only one worklist.
Thank you!

Hi @mungles2025 - In terms of access to worklists via the API, this is the case.
However, there is at least one scenario where a UBRN can exist on multiple worklists.
Thanks,
Z.
@zubeir.tai Thank you for your response!
Could you outline the details of that scenario please?
Hi @mungles2025 - For completeness, here’s the scenario:
Where a referral has been onward referred/redirected and deferred to provider into another service, the referral currently displays on the following provider worklists:
For the onward referring/redirecting service:
For the receiving service:
This shouldn’t affect your implementation though as the ASI worklist will display the referral as an action to be carried out by the receiving service.
