Hi Nikhil – welcome to the NHS API Developer Community!
Accessing the SystmOne API (developed by TPP) is a slightly different process from NHS England’s public API Platform access, as it is managed directly by TPP.
To access the SystmOne API, you must contact TPP directly via Integration Request – TPP, as it is not managed through the NHS England API Platform. TPP will provide the necessary API documentation and authentication details after you’ve shared your use case. By contacting TPP and expressing your intent to develop against this API, you will be provided with a test harness which must be used to test your integration interface.
If you are building NHS-Facing Services, you may also want to check if your platform could benefit from additional NHS APIs such as:
These are accessible through the NHS API Platform with sandbox and INT environments available via the Developer Hub.
