Secure Robot Authentication - Interaction with Status screen

I have been using the SRA software for an automation project. I check the status of the software at the beginning, after logging in and after logging out. The SRA doesn’t seem to interact sometimes post logging out. The command I used as per the guide with the argument “STATUS” works in the earlier parts of my project, so I know it works as intended.

Is there any wider knowledge why the SRA software may not interact sometimes after logging out [to check the status]?

Also if anyone is able to create a category for “Secure Robot Authentication” that would be fab.

After a bit of digging, I understand that the Secure Robot Authentication (SRA) tool is a specific piece of software used for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and smartcard identity management, which is separate from the NHS England API Platform (which focuses on NHS RESTful APIs, HL7 FHIR, and integration standards).

The SRA tool is managed by the National Administration Service (NAS). I recommend the following steps:
