Request to Reset Authenticator for NHS Digital Developer Account (OTP Reset)

Hi team,

I am unable to access the NHS Developer Hub (My Applications) because I need to reset my authenticator app (OTP) for my developer account. The email address currently listed for OTP reset in diagram below is no longer monitored.

Could you please advise on the process to reset my authenticator for my account? I need to log in to view the API keys for my production applications.

I have already contacted support.digitalservices@nhs.net but have not received a response. Any guidance or the correct contact point for this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve deleted the OTP associated with the account.

I’ve also flagged to the team that the reset instructions need updating - thanks for highlighting that.
