Hi,
I’d like to request production environment access for the Directory of Healthcare Services (Service Search) REST API, version 3.
Application details:
- API + version: Directory of Healthcare Services (Service Search) API — version 3
- Developer-portal application name: Hoodi neighbourhood report - Production
- Application ID: 4aa8c940-e015-4c00-8aab-9269f7cee740
- We are also setting up the Integration test environment to build against int.api.service.nhs.uk while production is pending.
Use case:
Hoodi (https://hoodi.co.uk) is a free, live, public-facing UK neighbourhood-report web app operated by HOODI INTELLIGENCE LTD (company no. 17256527). We display the nearest urgent-care sites — organisation types HOS (A&E), MIU (Minor Injury Unit) and UC (Urgent Care) — as name + distance on a Health & Care card, ranked by geo.distance from a user’s postcode. This is read-only consumption of published service-directory data, low and cached request volume, with no patient data and no clinical decision support.
Because production access for this API is not self-service, please could an Onboarding Lead initiate production enablement for the above application? If there is a form, agreement or additional information you need from me to proceed, let me know exactly what and I’ll turn it around quickly.
Finally — could you give me a rough expected turnaround for production enablement? It’s the last dependency before we can switch on this feature, so a ballpark timeline would help me plan.
Thanks very much,
Peter Challis
