Hi,

I have a question regarding the PDS FHIR API onboarding that I would like to raise.

Last year we migrated from PDS SMSP to the PDS FHIR API and began the onboarding/conformance process, submitting a few sections for review. However, due to some reasons we couldn’t complete all sections at that time. Now we have submitted all question for review.

I wanted to check whether there is a way for us to complete this onboarding as quickly as possible. Given that our SMSP implementation was already approved, do we still need to go through this process as though we are integrating it for the first time?

We need this approved as soon as possible as one of our Patient Flag API functionalities requires this as a dependency to verify the NHS number.

Hi Aftab,

It depends how long ago you submitted your use case. We now require you to do this on our ServiceNow Tool not just DOS. If you’ve already done this you may have a reference number starting C123456 for example. If not you may need to submit one. If you have any more details such as a link to DOS or a ref number for ServiceNow I will try to help.

Yes, we did create service now case with ref - CS1655072
