We have already received approval from the Demographics team for our use case via ServiceNow (ref-CS1612499) and submitted our “Check Your Eligibility” application through the Developer Portal on 25 August 2026 to initiate the digital onboarding process as well. However, the application status is still showing “Awaiting Review.”
Could you please check the application and let us know if you’re awaiting any further information or action from our side?
We would greatly appreciate your assistance and a timely review of our application, as approval will enable us to proceed with the API Assurance activities for the PDS FHIR API.

Thank you for your continued support. We submitted the PDS FHIR API assurance sections on 8th Oct, and the status is still showing “Awaiting Review.” I was wondering if you could kindly check on the progress and let us know whether there is anything further required from our side.
