Patient Flags Service - Bundle examples with underlying conditions

Dear NHS Team and contributors,

I am trying to map the underlying conditions that should come from the Patient Flag Service GET method, but I was not able find test patients with underlying conditions present in the bundle.

Could anybody provide some test nhs numbers for the integration environment or bundles with underlying conditions, please? That would be great to help me to understand how to perform the mappings within our systems.

PS: In the patient flags documentation https://digital.nhs.uk/developer/api-catalogue/patient-flags-service---fhir-api#get-/PatientFlag specifically in the Get Patient Flags Method, I found a hardcoded like bundle where all the references to the different adjustments, impairments, and underlying conditions had the same id, which doesn’t seem to be correct. I would like to have a more close to real example.
I would like to see whether there is a link between impairments and underlying conditions (maybe parent children?)

Hi Alejandro,

We have a test data pack for use Reasonable Adjustments in INT. I have sent these over to you.

There is no link between the impairments and underlying conditions. In the national system we hold a Flag that a Patient requires Reasonable Adjustments. There can then be zero to many Adjustments, Impairments and Underlying Conditions none of which are related.
