Onboarding organisation code error

Hi

I’m adding a product using the new single assurance method.

Q2.Does the organisation named above have an Organisation Data Service (ODS) code?

I enter YDDAF but get an invalid ODS code message and cannot proceed.

Why is our code invalid?

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the ODS Portal, and as a result, users are unable to validate their ODS codes. Our technical teams are actively investigating and working to restore service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding

Hi Kathrynn,

We have discussed this issue with the API Management (APIM) team that own the Digital Onboarding Service, and as per noted error message, they are actively working to resolve the issue.

If you are onboarding to the organisation-data-terminology (FHIR R4 API), you should still be able to input code YDDAF and continue with your application. Please ignore the error message once you click ‘Validate ODS code’ and proceed to the next question.
