Onboarding for NHS Website Content API

Hello all :waving_hand:

I have been trying to access the NHS Website Content API but haven’t had any luck. :frowning:

I have a primary and secondary key on my developer portal profile, however, when I use either of these to connect to the Website Content API, I get a 401 error saying the API Key is invalid.

I haven’t signed up for the full onboarding as it isn’t clear what steps need to be followed to access these publicly available websites. The Digital Onboarding web page says:

For some of our APIs, you use digital onboarding to get approved to go live with our APIs.

For some of our APIs, we use the Supplier Conformance Assessment List (SCAL) process for onboarding.

However, the catalogue webpage for the API NHS Website Content V2 doesn’t specify what processes need to be followed for onboarding and whether I need to follow the SCAL process or not. I have been trying to get this resolved since January but haven’t had any luck and can’t find a contact number for the team that is directly involved with this.

Can someone please let me know what exactly needs to be done to gain access and approx. how long it takes?
I’ve recently added the Website Content product to my Product Onboading section within my developer profile but am awaiting approval.
Do I need to request access to an environment as well?

Additionally, the following link isn’t working for me to request an ODS code. odsportal.digital.nhs.uk.
Do I need an ODS code for access to the NHS Website Content API?

Working to a tight deadline so any responses would be much appreciated!

Many thanks!

Just to add, I’ve received access to the Sandbox and Integration environments, and been advised to use the URL https://sandbox.api.service.nhs.uk/nhs-website-content/conditions/

However, this is only returning 50 conditions, but I need the entire list.
