Hi, We are still awaiting review of our Risk Log submitted on 14 April 2024. How long is the usual waiting period for the review? It seems unusually long and was wondering if there is any specific person to alert about this? Have sent email to demographics@nhs.net on 27 May 2024 with no reply yet.

Hi, We have been waiting for a review of our review of our Hazard Log since 14th April 2024. I would be grateful for some information on how long this process can take or some support from the team regards this. Thanks once again.
