Issue accessing API key for production environment

I’m encountering an issue when trying to access the API key for my production environment application. After entering the one-time 2FA code, the page errors out and doesn’t proceed.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Visit (https://onboarding.prod.api.platform.nhs.uk/)
  • Navigate to: Environment access & onboarding > Test & prod environment
  • Select your production environment application
  • Click Edit next to Active API keys
  • Enter your 2FA code

At this point, the page fails to load properly (see screenshot below):

Troubleshooting steps tried:

  • Used an incognito browser tab
  • Cleared cache and cookies
  • Restarted machine

Hi all - just following up on this as I’m still experiencing the issue.

Has anyone else come across this problem when trying to access API keys in the production environment after 2FA? Still getting the same error despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps (incognito, clearing cache, restarting, etc.).

Would really appreciate any guidance or a point in the right direction - thanks in advance.
