Couple of questions, do you have the nhs number of test patient, which service are you trying to referrer into (could you provide the name) - and has the referral been accepted by the service when you attempt the call?
Hi @tony.marsh1 , the NHS Number associated with that UBRN is 972 736 3725. Not sure what you mean by the service name. The eRS appointment was successfully booked in our system so I assume the referral was accepted.
What I’m wondering, as you are getting a meaningful error now is a couple of things.
The ODS assoicated with your application O6H3T - is different from the place you are making referrals into (as it will only retrieve for the linked Trust)…. or…
The UUID we were provided of 555295323107 is not associated with INT env does not have someone with a link to O6H3T on the card
It looks like Newmedica are booking the test appointments using ODS code 8HK21 (New Medical Systems Ltd). If our app (28bce6ed-e81f-49a3-9e1c-aadd670df17b) is registered with ODS code O6H3T, we should get the app updated to use the 8HK21 ODS code. Do you agree?
@Rinaldo_Tempo Ah, yes this looks to be the issue - we suspected either you were referring somewhere different or had set your app restricted calls to a new ods. The ODS is bound to the app as an attribute so its important its the same, so data returned is isolated to the expected organisation. We can change that but the UUID you provided also needs to be associated with the new ODS code too - can you confirm the UUID is linked to 8HK21?
In the test environment, eRS appointments are booked against ODS 8HK21 so our app (28bce6ed-e81f-49a3-9e1c-aadd670df17b) will also need to be linked to that same ODS code so that we can download the referral documents associated with the eRS appointments. Are you able to update the ODS code for this app?
Hi @Rinaldo_Tempo I have seen the email come in to the shared inbox - yes this can be done. We’ll need to make sure the UUID you were provisioned also has a link to 8HK21 also, this is an additional validation. The original test ODS and UUID were linked, so when you moved to the new ODS, unless the UUID was updated, the app restricted calls will fail.
Hello This is in progress - there are a few bits we need to change due to you not using the test pack, ASID, UUID permissions, and then bind them to your application (different teams involved). I suspect we are looking at early next week, but we will message you through the inbox to update later today
@Rinaldo_Tempo Hello - just checked your app and the ODS code has been updated - ITOC have confirmed your UUID have also have provider roles added related to the new org ID (ODS) too
@Ed_Wills or @Petko_Petkov Could you please have a look at this one. The partner has used different test data than the one we provided and is having issues - we’ve updated the application attributes to match the ODS code of the org we are told they are now referring into which 8HK21 - Hannah also asked the their UUIDs were update with roles at 8HK21 - so that they should hold the legitimate relationship - but as you can see, their latest error seems to indicate they do not.
@Petko_Petkov has checked the logs and it looks like the UBRN is under the provider org of ACG not the ODS code 8HK21 - your app restricted application will only pull data for referrals sent into services at 8HK21 - please can you check the data is being sent to the right place?
Hi @tony.marsh1 I’m not sure what this means. When Newmedica created the test eRS referrals (one of which had the UBRN 000049820335), I think you are saying these referrals are not linked to an ODS code. What is ACG? Can we get the test app configured so that it works with these ACG created referrals?
Hi @Rinaldo_Tempo So its a question for newmedica I think (and possibly a call with them if we cant resolve) - they can only refer into the organisation that your application is set to retrieve referrals from, which is now set to 8HK21 - is your application pulling any referral information at all? I think you showed me last week referrals into the ods code of that. It looks like this URBN is going to ODS code ACG - a different organisation, ODS basically represents the secondary care provider. So its like you are set up for Leeds, but they are referring to Bradford - e-RS is rightly blocking the requests. Is it possible for newmedica to describe what they’ve attempted to do - ask them to confirm which organisation they are referring into and the ODS code? We’ll check this side that everything looks okay from the app setup also
Thanks @tony.marsh1 We though Newmedica were using the 8HK21 ODS code because Newmedica selected the New Medical Systems Limited option in this list when making the eRS referrals
listed both the 8HK21 and ACG ODS codes, looks like I told you the wrong one to link our app to. Are you able to link our app 28bce6ed-e81f-49a3-9e1c-aadd670df17b to the ACG ODS code please?
