Hi @sam.carter thanks for posting on the Developer Community. I have spoken to the CIS team and they think as you’re using INT (and presumably HSCN/ registry setting changes). You would need more insight from our ITOC team. Please can you report the bug/ issue, via the NHS Digital Customer Portal or email ssd.nationalservicedesk@nhs.net
Thanks.
If anyone else encounters this issue, updating the NHS Identity Agent resolves the problem. I was on 2.32, updated to 2.46
Thanks for sharing this @sam.carter. Glad issue was resolved for you.
Hi all, as of 15 October, one of the potential causes of this error will be that the system is using an unsupported Identity Agent or unsupported TLS.
End of life support for TLS versions 1.0/1.1 has been shared via NHS Identity & Access Management news https://digital.nhs.uk/services/care-identity-service/latest-news/outages-for-tls-1.0-1.1
Information on the latest Identity Agent version is here: https://digital.nhs.uk/services/care-identity-service/applications-and-services/technical-services/identity-agent
