can anyone help me where these ids are get from?

Many thanks for submitting your question.

The Spine-UserId will be the SDS user ID for the user submitting the request e.g. the pharmacist requesting a release. This can be obtained via the Spine Directory Service, either through the LDAP API: Spine Directory Service - LDAP API - NHS Digital, or the FHIR API: Spine Directory Service - FHIR API - NHS Digital.

The RoleProfileId is the SDS role profile ID under which the user is sending the request. This can be retrieved through the same API as above.

The Eps-TraceId will be generated by you for the purposes of tracking a request across multiple interactions. This will generally be a uuid.
