GP Connect errors for integration testing

Currently there are several errors with the GP connect patients required for assurance testing.

9690937375 - malformed fhir allergy Intolerance object 0x7f4f32d45090, missing mandatory patient property

9690938207 - returning 404

9690938576 - returning 400

9690938681 - returning 404

9999999999 - returning patient when should be 404

9658218873 - returning 200 instead of 403
