A020 - 500 Internal Server Error On All Uploads

Hi.

Is there any ongoing issue in INT environment ? Documents Upload API (A020) was working fine earlier and i tried it yesterday and today and its failing. 500 Server error and there is no error message.

We are observing this too in the INT environment.
