I wanted to check whether there is a way to fetch the clinic type for a referral / A&G consistently? We have found that the A005 has a Clinic Type parameter field but this has a cardinality of [0..1]. We had been using a workaround to bypass this, by having an internal service lookup which takes the service provided in the A005 and maps it to a clinic type code. However, due to a service’s ability to hold more than 1 clinic type, this solution is no longer viable.
We do see that on the e-RS front-end that the clinic type is consistently provided so would hope that this would also be present in the API response payload.
As we are nearing the end of our development + testing process, this has become quite an urgent matter to resolve, so we would appreciate any advice, direction or resolution available.
