Is the A004 API with the updated list of (removed & new) clinic types available for testing in the staging environment?

This was deployed to Production in June, so should be mirrored in INT, as per comms https://digital.nhs.uk/services/e-referral-service/api/updates-and-releases/releases/introduction-of-new-specialty--clinic-types
