404 on A005 retrieve referral request

Under what circumstances does a 404 get returned from A005 (Retrieve referral request)?

Of course there is the case that the UBRN genuinely does not exist. Beyond that why would 404 be returned?

422 NO_RELATIONSHIP represents the case when a referral ‘leaves’ the trust. Is 404 a UBRN dropoff?

Hi @mungles2025 - This is normally due to the URL being unknown to us. This is likely caused by the UBRN provided in the URL doesn’t have a match in e-RS.
