Why does the Location header returned when creating an NRL pointer not match the documented format?

When creating an NRL pointer, the Location header is currently returned in the format: /producer/FHIR/R4/DocumentReference/{id}.

However, the documentation specifies that it should follow the format:

/DocumentReference/{id}.

This is a confirmed bug, and a ticket has been raised to resolve it. We will engage with all existing suppliers before applying the fix to ensure any impact is minimised.
