WelshPAS FHIR R4 endpoint availability and sandbox access questions

Hi all,
I am working on a project that requires integration with WelshPAS via FHIR R4 and have a few questions I hope the community or DHCW team can help with.

  1. Which FHIR R4 resources are currently available in the WelshPAS sandbox or production environment. Specifically interested in ServiceRequest, Slot, Schedule, Appointment, Patient, Location, Condition, and Flag.
  2. How are two-week wait cancer referrals identified within the ServiceRequest resource in WelshPAS. Is there a specific UK Core Wales extension for this and if so what is the correct extension URL.
  3. How is the RTT clock start date and adjusted Patient Start Date exposed for external systems. Is this available as a FHIR extension on the ServiceRequest, via a separate API, or only through a direct WelshPAS integration.
  4. Does WelshPAS support FHIR R4 Subscriptions for real-time notifications when patient or appointment records are updated.
  5. What is the current live version of the Wales FHIR Implementation Guide applicable to WelshPAS and how do developers request sandbox access.
    Any pointers to documentation would be really helpful.
