Can the spam filter rules be relaxed?

It appears that my posts using this account (rather than my other account which was linked to NHS England account) are following stricter rules around posting.

I think this is if I post any links, so I’m changing all of the into text. I’m not sure if this is the exact rule causing issues.

Parts of that conversation were arranged with NHS England TSAS/IOPS to be public (so a public channel, rather than a back channel was used)
