Are organisations mandated or funded to onboard to NIR or is there a choice for organisations choosing not to e.g. lack of resources etc?

Are the imaging suppliers etc likely to charge for the work?

Is this funded by NHSE? Are all Trusts expected to join this? When is the expected date to have this implemented?

Can we confirm funding and then prioritisation with the competing projects to get this up and running?
