New support route for live NHS login partner services

Hello NHS login partners,

You can now submit live support tickets direct to us rather than using the NHS England Service Desk. This will enable issues to be resolved faster as our support team will pick them up direct.

How to raise a ticket
Use the NHS login Partner Support Form. You’ll need to sign in to, or register for, the NHS England National IT Customer Support Portal first.

When submitting a ticket, include relevant details such as when the issue started, its impact, any troubleshooting you have already done, and error codes or screenshots where available.

For support before your service is live, including onboarding, integration, Sandpit or test environments, use the NHS England Developer Community.

You can find more information about on our Partner service management page.

Support for end users
If an end user has a problem with NHS login, direct them to the NHS login Help Centre, where they can use the Contact us form to submit a request.

When contacting us, users should select the website or app they were trying to access and explain the problem. They should not include personal or medical information, such as their NHS number or medical history.

Thanks from NHS login
