Hi Luke, it doesn’t sound like normal NHS Credential Management App behaviour - the app can be configured to lock the screen when the card is removed. Hi @luke - You have the correct link to update Credential Manager to v1.4.2, screenshot to page attached.

It does need HSCN access so please check your server configuration.
