I’m currently working on a project that involves integrating FHIR APIs into an existing NHS system to improve data exchange and interoperability. I’ve reviewed some of the official documentation, but I’m facing challenges around:

• Authentication and access tokens
• Managing patient consent
• Handling large datasets efficiently

If anyone has experience with FHIR integration, especially in a real-world NHS environment, I’d really appreciate your insights or resources that could help.
