If a GP cancels a referral (with the referral status changing to CANCELLED_REFERRAL), are they able to reopen the referral or does the GP need to create a new referral?
Hi @Tim_Morgan thanks for posting on the forum, let me check on that. I had a look in the UI and I don’t believe it can be re-opened, it’s a new UBRN but let me double-check.
I can confirm this is the case, the GP must create a new referral.
