We use the INT environment for both e-RS and ODT FHIR R4.

We are seeing responses to the e-RS Patient Service search which contains ODS codes which the ODT FHIR R4 service is returning a 404 for.

For example we did a patient service search for this patient:

NHS: 9727731325
Postcode: B32 1AB
Specialty: ALLERGY
Clinic Type: ALLERGY_1

Amongst other results this service was returned via the API and the Prof App.

e-RS Service Id: 6709572
ODS Code: RLY20

When we do the ODT FHIR R4 lookup for RLY20 the service returns a 404.

We are very confused as the expectation is that these systems on the INT environment are linked and “prod like”.

Are we doing something wrong?

Ive asked the same question to e-RS team.

Trust Site code RLY20 was operationally closed (Status became inactive) on 31/03/2005. This is before the archive cut off date for the Org Data Terminology FHIR R4 API (31/03/2017), and RLY20 is not linked/related to any other record that is included in the R4 API, so RLY20 is not present/returned.
Org Data Terminology R4 INT environment is updated daily with the full scope of org data so mirrors live.
I will have to leave the eRS team to comment about their INT environment, it’s scope and update frequency.
