Dos and don’ts
Do
- Be respectful, constructive and considerate of others
- Keep conversations relevant to NHS England APIs, services and digital health
- Share clear questions, solutions and examples to help others learn
- Report bugs, issues or security concerns through the appropriate channels
Don’t
- Share confidential, patient-identifiable or sensitive organisational data
- Post advertising, spam or promotional content
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hostile behaviour
Moderation
Community moderators may:
- edit, move or remove posts that break these guidelines
- temporarily or permanently suspend accounts for repeated violations
- escalate security or misconduct concerns to NHS England teams
