We are trying to get one of our integration CIS2 UUIds bound to a Microsoft Authenticator but we seem to be having an issue around meetings with ITOC.
We had one booked last week at 2:30pm, which was accepted, but on the day no one turned up. We had another one booked for today at 11:00am (which we sent yesterday) and we had no response (neither an acceptance nor rejection). We have sent another one today for tomorrow at 2pm and we are hoping that gets accepted and a member of the team attends.
Is there anyway this can be chased up please? I understand teams are busy but its holding up our sign off from technical conformance and our own Go Live targets too.
