I’m working on a project to use NHS video content, categorising it and augmenting the user experience with additional data.
I would like to pass arguments in the Youtube URL to set things like Closed Captions and language settings etc, but the Youtube owner’s video settings seem to be set to disallow this.
Does anyone know who the best person to approach, to get this updated, may be?
We could create our own library and archive by downloading all the videos and re-categorising them, but it seems to make more sense to request this at NHS Digital level, so other people could benefit.
