Suppliers are being asked to register for onboarding to the Patient Flags Service API by the end of June, but the official documentation available for the national service still has significant information missing, such as the schema definition of the Get Patient Flags, Create a patient Flag and Create a supporting resource. An error is returned ‘Schema not found’ when attempting to access. Is the [Patient Flags Service - FHIR API - NHS England Digital](https://digital.nhs.uk/developer/api-catalogue/patient-flags-service---fhir-api#post-/-ResourceType-) page the only information available pertaining to the API, or should I be looking elsewhere. When will the Reasonable Adjustment Flag Local System Integration Requirements Specification be updated as how suppliers are being asked to interact with the national asset has changed significantly.

Can we please receive a response to this query?

Hi Stuart, I’ve sent you an email with some details. Let me know if I have not fully answered your question.
We’ve set up a dedicated email address for supplier coms and I’m looking into whether we should make more of this channel as more suppliers are actively developing now.
