Hi,

We requested production access for the Service Search – REST API via email on 07/07/2026, but we haven’t received a response yet and the request is still showing as “Pending.”

Is there any way to check the status of the request, or does anyone know how long these requests typically take to be reviewed?

We are unaware of a reason for onboarding to the Service Search- Rest API to take months. Please ensure you have requested to be onboarded onto the production version of the Service search - Rest API following the guidance on the Service search website, as you need to get your software approved by the team before it can go live with this API.
