Hi Robin,

Apologies for the delay on this, somehow the request was sat in the wrong internal queue - I’ve moved it and explicitly forwarded it to our onboarding team who should be able to get back to you.

In the meantime, I wonder if you could instead use MESH (as an alternative to PDS FHIR API) to determine the GP mailbox for a particular patient when you already know their NHS number, d.o.b, and surname: [Message Exchange for Social Care and Health: endpoint lookup service and WorkflowIDs - NHS England Digital](https://digital.nhs.uk/services/message-exchange-for-social-care-and-health-mesh/mesh-guidance-hub/endpoint-lookup-service-and-workflowids#using-the-to_dts-field-of-a-mesh-message-to-find-a-mailbox-)

You can then use the returned mailbox ID via MESH to send messages to that patient’s GP. I suppose it depends on what information you’ve got and what you were looking to do with the GP details, but it might be a quicker and easier route than getting PDS approval / access.
