How are the proxy clinicians set for users with the role SERVICE_PROVIDER_CLINICIAN_ADMIN ?

I have contacted ITOC regarding this and they are not sure.

This is to enable administrators to perform actions against the eRS API on behalf of a clinician. We have some users in the INT environment who we can test this against if you could advise how to set these up.

Hi @mungles2025 - In order for an SPCA to select an SPC to log in on-behalf-of, the following must be true:

  • the SPCA must be a member of a service at that organisation
  • there must be clinicians (SPC) in the services you are a member of

This is all controlled via workgroups, which the Service definer role can do.

I take it then that any Service Provider Clinician Admin in a workgroup can triage on behalf of any Service Provider Clinician in that same workgroup?
