I’m currently sending the decoded PDF within the .dat file to the TPP System One, but I’m unsure of the format the client is expecting. Although the file is transferred from MESH, the client cannot read the report. Does anyone know the required format for the discharge summary PDF to ensure compatibility with TPP?

Hi Bhasker,

MESH doesn’t have knowledge of the data in the payload - it’s just a service for allowing the transmission and receipt of the kinds of data you are trying to transfer.

If you are sending the data to TPP’s SystmOne and they are rejecting it, please can you reach out to them for direction?

I’m sorry I can’t be of more help.

Best regards,

Dave

Thanks David. We are having a tough time reaching out to TPP. DO you have any past clients who sent to TPP successfully?

Hi Bhasker,

There are many different data flows that are sent to TPP successfully every day from many different sender mailboxes.

The only things I can suggest are reaching out to TPP’s technical support or, if the data you are sending is part of, or to support, a wider programme of work, to reach out to the programme to see if they can advise.

Best regards,

Dave

@bhasker.rao1 we successfully send to Tpp SystmOne Practices. We noted though that the Tpp Systmone Product will only accept .pdf files over MESH. Also we found issues where it would randomly remove .jpeg images from the .pdf file. But getting Tpp to acknowledge this was very very challenging.
