We are implementing an e-RS integration for a customer. Our customer serves several different ICB contracts. Our customer wants to know what data/information that the ICBs will be able to see as standard in the e-RS system (particularly around timelines). Thanks! ---

@Tim_Morgan Hi Tim, Thanks for reaching out could you provide a little more detail please, I’m not quite sure what you mean? Do you mean API or the e-RS Application - it’s quite a broad question. If it’s integration related that’s really going to depend on the offer you provide as a clinical system provider - and something we’d assume you would be demonstrating to them in due course either in your design phase or early demos? If you could expand a little, we’ll help as best we can. ---

Basically the customer is wondering whether the ICB could login to e-RS, and get any data on providers in terms of how many referrals, and time to treatment ---

Hey Tim. Depends on their permission’s really - everything is based on role and then legitimate relationship, at an organisation - so professionals are only seeing data they are supposed to be, when required to do so. At a reporting level, there is data which is generated some of which are published here: [https://digital.nhs.uk/services/e-referral-service/reports-and-statistics/ebsx-reports](https://digital.nhs.uk/services/e-referral-service/reports-and-statistics/ebsx-reports) Others are via internal access only - via a business analyst role, but again only accessible when the role exists, is at that organisation and is setup against their UUID. There is an extract called EBXS02 for example, which is a report of any actions that occur during the life time of a UBRN. ---
