Hi Harry, Sorry that you’re having problems with your account. I’m assuming you’ve tried to set your notification preferences on your community profile? Are the notifications coming from the NHS Login Private group or another area? ---

Hi Alison. The notifcations are coming from the Private Space. Threads that I have not started. I have left my preferences on the default from when I set up my account. Can you advise what settings I need to change? ---

Hi Harry, Can you try the following and let me know if this works: 1. Open the **nhs\_login\_private\_space** category. 2. Look for the **notification bell** near the category title. 3. Change it from **Watching** (or **Watching First Post** ) to: - **Normal** : you’ll only get notifications for topics you’re involved in. - **Muted** : you won’t receive notifications for new topics or replies in that category. It looks like you’ve already amended your main user preferences so this is likely irrelevant, but the only advice I can find also suggests the following: If you’re still receiving notifications after changing the category setting, it’s worth checking: - Your **User Preferences → Notifications** settings. - Whether you’ve accidentally set the category to **Watching** via a group membership. - Whether you’re explicitly watching individual topics within that space. ---

Hi Alison. I didn’t get a notification about your last comment (from August) but I am still regularly receiving emails about other people’s posts. I tried following your steps but no luck. ---

Thank you, I have tried this and will let you know if it works. It was a bit of a struggle finding the page in the second screenshot.
