# Help with OAuth2 set up of Magentus/Wellbeing CRIS

Hi has anyone had success registering Magenus/Wellbeing’s CRIS to NHSMail to allow sending of result emails.  
We seem to be going round in circles with the supplier producing tokens and certificates with no progress at all.  
We need a step by step guide. Have you reached out to the Magentus support team for support, through your local technical support? They should be able to get a support ticket raised with Magentus.
