# Constant 429 response on INT env

Is anyone else experiencing persistent 429 responses from GetPatient? This is not a rate issue, this happens often on first request, even if we have been idle for hours. It’s making testing and development very difficult.

I believe that there is a relatively low **overall** rate limit for PDS on INT. If other consumers are making a large number of requests then the overall rate may be too high and your request will be rejected.
