Has there been any challenge by stakeholders to NHS England in reference to the consent management requirements referenced in the requirements specification as part of DAPB4019: Reasonable Adjustment Digital Flag. When I’ve been engaging with customers they are at odds with the requirements.

Hi Stuart,  
I understand you caught up with my Programme colleagues Ciaron & Hannah last week. We are still looking to get feedback from a meeting with Director and DPO. I will update you on any progress and I’ll summarise findings on this thread once we have clarity on all aspects of discussions.
